for the evening, we tasted Jackson Estate ‘Stich’ Sauvignon Blanc 2011 from New Zealand, Oxfordshire’s very own Bacchus from Brightwell Vineyard, Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc Vineyard Selection 2011 from South Africa, Drink Me 2010 Niepoort from Portugal, Château Haut-Beauséjour 2009 St Estèphe and Sandeman LBV 2008 Port, which was interestingly matched with a Belgium dark chocolate ganache from Chocology at The Covered Market in Oxford.
