Australia is certainly producing some good kit right now and it appears that there has been an unofficial memo telling producers not to over do the oak and alcohol on the barbie. To give you two good examples

of controlled and crafted wine making try a couple of wines from Vasse Felix, who are based in the Margaret River area in Western Australia.
